Are you ready to arrive? Four days. Three teachers. One field of deep presence. Among the vineyards of South Styria, held by nature and each other, we create a space where arrival is enough. Where you don’t need to perform, perfect or push. Move from intuition. Shake loose what is stuck. Soften into stillness. A weaving of Somatic Movement: Authentic Flow · Shake the Dust · Embodied Yin · Somatic Ecstatic Dance. Wild and tender, shadow and light. We dive into the body, into presence, into what this season is asking of you. There will be multiple practices per day as well as enough free time to ensure that you can enjoy the sauna, heated pool, the autumn colours in the vineyards and get plenty of rest.
