Storia
Since the Allianz Arena opened in 2005, it has mainly hosted cultural events. The park hosts concerts, trade fairs and exhibitions, drawing about four million visitors to around 350 events each year. The Summer Music Theatron has run annually since 1972; the Open-Air Pentecost Theatron has run since 2001. A plaque commemorates victims of the 1972 attack on the Israeli Olympic team. A memorial on Olympiaberg honors civilian victims of the Second World War.
- 1967The ice stadium opened on 12 February with a hockey game between FC Bayern Munich and SC Riessersee.
