概要
Deepen your experiential understanding of how listening transforms both listener and speaker using the three core skills model of embodied awareness, supportive presence and compassionate connection. Through guided exercises, meditations, and reflections, we cultivate the awareness and sensitivity needed to meet others — and ourselves — with kindness, clarity, and presence.
