Join us on the first Wednesday of every month for DISTRACTD — a warm, neurodivergent-affirming event series exploring ADHD, autism and neurodiversity. Each month features a curated theme and expert speakers from psychology, psychiatry, education, medicine, therapy and lived experience. Designed for neurodivergent individuals, parents, teens, teachers, clinicians, and anyone who lives or works alongside ND brains. Expect diverse perspectives, practical insights, Q&As and community connection.
