History
Ernst Frick ran the establishment as Café Frick before the Della Casa name was adopted. Franz Robert Della Casa was the only member of his family to run the restaurant himself.
- UndatedThe house’s exact construction date is uncertain.
- 1862The house became a café, first called Café Federal.
- 1877Chr. Cassani renamed the tavern Café Cassani.
- 1892On 4 May, Franz Robert Della Casa acquired the house and named the café Café Della Casa.
- 1943The interior took its present form.
