History
- OriginsBrothers Arma and Hugo Aufdenblatten founded the Sporthotel Tennis Star. It had tennis courts, indoor tennis facilities, a swimming pool, and a curling and bowling hall. The present resort grew from the Tennis Star and the Tennis Club.
- 1980sThe two hotel buildings were connected, creating the area where PeakFine is now located.
- Mid-1990sThe former Tennis Star was renamed Alpen Resort.
- Early 2000sThe former curling and bowling hall became Calypso restaurant.
- 2017A renovation modernized the rooms and added wellness facilities. The property took the name Alpen Resort & Spa.
