On Saturday, October 3, we invite the whole family to the Nobel Peace Center for a day of experiments, spectacular bangs, storytelling, and a treasure hunt! Alfred Nobel was the inventor who made his fortune from dynamite. He was also the man who later decided that his legacy should be used to reward people working to create a better world. This year marks 125 years since the first Nobel Prizes were awarded. But who was he really? And how did the journey from dynamite to peace unfold?
