1. Čo zhromažďujeme

Account data: email, name, date of birth (to verify you are 18+), gender, city, photos you upload. Content: plans and listings you create, comments, messages, joins and bookmarks. Usage: pages viewed and interactions (to rank your feed), device and log data. Location: the city you pick; precise location only if you tap "Near me", and it is not stored as a track.

2. Ako to používame

To run the service (show plans near you, deliver messages and notifications), to personalise your feed, to keep the platform safe (moderation of reported content, spam and fraud prevention, age enforcement) and to comply with law. We do not sell your personal data and we do not show third-party advertising.

3. Kto to vidí

Your profile, listings and comments are visible to other users; your profile visibility can be restricted in settings. Messages are visible to their participants. We share data only with processors that host and operate the service (hosting, email delivery, content delivery, geocoding) under contracts, and with authorities where the law requires it.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for sign-in, security (CSRF) and remembering your language and city — so there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner. Usage statistics (which pages and forms work, where something fails) are counted without cookies: a key made from your address and browser that changes every day and is never stored as such.

5. Uchovávanie

We keep data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your personal data is erased or irreversibly anonymised without undue delay; residual copies leave backups on their rotation schedule. Some records may be retained where the law requires (e.g. abuse reports).

6. Vaše práva

You can access and rectify your profile in settings. You can download a copy of your data (portability) and delete your account directly in the app — no support ticket needed. EU/EEA users additionally have the rights to restriction, objection and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Vek

invme is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; such accounts are removed when identified.

8. Zmeny

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
