Last updated: 12 July 2026. These terms are a binding agreement between you and invme ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using invme you accept them and our Privacy Policy.

1. Vem som kan använda invme

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use invme. By signing up you confirm you are 18 or older. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe belong to minors.

2. Ditt konto

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of what you post. One account per person. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings — deletion is permanent and removes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Innehåll och uppförande

invme hosts user-generated content: plans, listings, comments, photos and messages. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. It is prohibited to post or send content that is sexually explicit, harassing, hateful, violent, deceptive, spam, or that infringes someone's rights; to impersonate others; or to collect other users' data.

Every plan, place, comment and profile can be reported, and any user can be blocked. We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours, including removing content and ejecting the user who provided it. Automated filters may reject or hold content for review before it is published.

4. Betalda och sponsrade annonser

Listings may be free, paid (the host charges for a service, e.g. a tennis coach or a guide) or sponsored (the host pays a companion for an activity). invme is a venue for finding company: we are not a party to these arrangements and do not process payments between users. Any payment is settled directly between participants at their own risk.

Strictly prohibited in any listing, paid or not: sexual or escort services, prostitution or any solicitation thereof; romantic services in exchange for money; illegal goods, substances or services; gambling; and anything involving minors. Such listings are removed and the account is banned without warning.

5. Att träffa folk på ett säkert sätt

invme connects people who then meet in the real world. We do not run background checks on users. Use your judgement: meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and report suspicious behaviour to us and, where appropriate, to local authorities.

6. Vår tjänst

We licence you a personal, non-transferable right to use invme. You keep the rights to content you post and grant us a worldwide licence to host and display it inside the service. Event and place data collected from public sources is attributed and linked to its origin; contact us for corrections or removal.

7. Uppsägning

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law. You may stop using invme and delete your account at any time.

8. Ansvarsfriskrivning

invme is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties and are not liable for the conduct of users, the accuracy of listings, or anything that happens at meetups arranged through the service.
